Upload a zip file containing the signed consent forms you collected from each participant in your Milestone 3 study, or, if consent was given by email rather than a signed form, a screenshot or PDF of that email exchange.

Consent for your Milestone 1 interviews does not cover this study – you need to modify CONSENT.md and get new signatures.
