child-redraw-request

Called by a container's children to request a reflowing of the containing frame's controls.

• (send a-mred:panel child-redraw-request requested-by) -> void
      requested-by : an instance of a children class (see mred:panel%)

  force-redraw is called if requested-by is a (currently shown) child of this panel and panel-redraw is not currently moving one of its children (via set-size).
