Scheduling It is important that you plan to be here on the days of the exams. They will only be given at the times listed. Midterm Exam The 1-hour midterm will be given in Guggenheim 224 at 12 noon on Friday, July 26. The exam is closed book, no notes, no calculators. There will be a review session during class on Wednesday July 24 at noon in the same room as the exam, Guggenheim 224. The review sheet for the exam is available. Midterm-review.pdf. Final Exam The 1-hour final exam will be given in Guggenheim 224 at 12 noon on Friday, August 23. The final exam will cover material from the entire course. The final exam will be closed book. No notes, no books, no calculators. The style of the exam will be similar to the midterm and the homework assignments. The review sheet for the exam is available. (cse142-final-review.pdf) The "questions from class" that I asked for last Friday have been answered and the writeup is available here. (cse142-classQ.pdf). There is an in-class review session scheduled for Wednesday, August 21. The review session will be held in the same room where the final will be given. Also, the TAs will be available to answer your questions in section meetings on Thursday, August 22, so do some studying before hand and come prepared with questions.
