In this lab, you'll learn how to upload files from your computer to your website, how to create folders to store them in and how to download them from your website to your computer.
Why?
To let others view them/download
them (for future assignments, you'll need to put your
completed files on your website so your TA can look at
them)
To store them (as a safe backup location)
To be able to copy them from any computer with internet
access
First Things First
Make sure that your "Dante Account" (or "Homer
Account" if you are staff) is activated. Go
to https://uwnetid.washington.edu/manage/
and then choose "Turn services on or off".
