contextual inquiry
Our team observed users with a variety of background using contextual inquiry. We observed 2 couples in their 40s, 1 senior in 80s and 1 20-year-old college student. From the results of the contextual inquiries, we were able to determine the main functionalities of our product and came out with 3 different tasks to demonstrate how our customers would interact with our product.
