At the end of each phase of the project, each member of the team must fill out a brief survey about the team's progress and the contribution of each group member. Part of your grade will reflect whether you've filled out this survey. Filling out these surveys will allow us to identify and help with any potential group issues that come up during your project. We may not be able to help solve potential problems in your group if you have not clearly indicated those issues in these surveys as the project goes along.
