Vichyssoise

Vichyssoise. A fun combination of mashed potatos and roasted leeks and broth combined into a delicious soup. Sounds pretty normal, until one learns that traditionally, Vichyssoise is served chilled. Although a little weird at first, you'll come to love these small sips as a cooldown from a hot day.
Fish Ball Noodle Soup

Fish ball noodle soup sounds like an unusual dish, but in reality, it's a very simple and very tasty bowl of noodles that can be made quickly and eaten informally. When I spent time in Hong Kong, this would be the equivalent of a quick burger meal, just a few thousand times more tasty.
Minestrone Soup

Now this seems like a relatively subtle dish to include in
the Danger Zone
section here, but let me explain
myself. Minestrone soup is definitely the most unreliable soup one
can order at a restaurant. Even though it's simple in construction,
it always seems that when I order it, it's either a decent vegetable
dish, or just straight vinegar. If I wanted vinegar, I would've
ordered it. 0/5 Stars
