Check that the microphone input for the computer is not turned on or it's set to mute. Often this is on the same dialog as the speaker volume.

If multiple tracks have been recorded, you can end up with some odd effects because Audacity compresses all the recorded tracks in into one recording. So if you still have an old recording open in Audacity, it will play at the same time you are recording a new one.

Note: Dante is case sensitive, so if your folder is named "Fit100", but your link has "fit100", the podcast won't be found. Also, avoid using any spaces in your file names.
