They are organized somewhat differently from the order in which we will cover the material so that Chapter 1 contains an overview and a lot of content that we can use as easy reference material.
These notes will evolve and expand over the course of the quarter. (At the moment, all diagrams are missing, for example.) I will post the PDF of the lectures separately on the schedule page.
