Use them as seems appropriate to you -- we won't grade on this.
There are actually a couple of other levels -- Input to the system,
Network, and Transport. These are intended to correspond roughly to the
Internet layering model. But, the layering is not very strict in Fishnet.
I used Application for things that have to do with the Ping protocol
specifically, Network for flooding, and Physical for sending and receiving
packets.
