[Cse461] Discussion Question Questions

    Hi,

    My partner and I have a question on discussion questions #3 and #4 on the
    project.

    Does this assume that flooding exists, in that when node 1 pings node 100,
    and they are not connected directly, flooding takes place in between so
    that eventually the ping gets to node 100?

    OR, does this assume that flooding does not exist, and when node 1 pings
    node 100, the ping will fail because there is no direct connection between
    node 1 and node 100?
