Assignment Introduction
The file that you are rigging this week will be used in next week's assignment, so be sure to ask questions if you are unclear as to what is going on. The tutorials that you will be using are abridged versions of various professional tutorials, so look back to the origonal if you would like a more in depth description of what should be happening. The rig that you create this week will have a stretchy spine, forearm twist, ik/fk switches, and advanced foot controls for rolling and sliding.

Tips
- Follow the naming convention EXACTLY! If you don't, the scripts and expressions will not work, and you will be very unhappy.
- Start early, you can't take shortcuts on this assignment.
- SAVE ITERATIONS!
- SAVE OFTEN!
Turn-in
- Maya file .ma or .mb for your completed rig, there should be NO KEYS on the controls.
Grading Criteria
- Correct naming convention as described in the tutorial.
- Completed torso rig
- Completed arm rig (left and right)
- Completed leg rig (left and right)
- Organized outliner with correct hierarchy of joints and controls
- Geometry is parented correctly
- Frozen Transformations on all anim controls
