Complete an accessibility audit of your project (Group)
This is a standard accessibility audit, and should as usual include UARs representing at least two areas of POUR.
Write up your validation for your website (Group)
In addition to completing the competency requirements, you should update your project’s web page to include a section on validation.
Accessibility Audit
Your write up should include a brief report on accessibility, transparently listing each of the success criteria in the WCAG beginners guide and stating what your project’s level of compliance is, which should be one of:
- Supports: The functionality of the product has at least one method that meets the criterion without known defects or meets with equivalent facilitation.
- Partially Supports: Some functionality of the product does not meet the criterion (explain which)
- Does Not Support: The majority of product functionality does not meet the criterion (explain which)
Note: if there is no content to which a success criterion applies, the success criterion is satisfied (should be marked as “Supports”).
Other Validation
You are expected to pick at least aspect of your project to validate. Even though we are not doing user studies, it is important to show that your product works as expected. For this part of the write up, you should explain what you tested, why, and what the results are.
Team Reflection (Individual)
- What has worked particularly well in your team? Name at least two specific examples. You may also refer to specific software solutions that have supported your remote team work.
- What could be improved in your team work and how do you think you can contribute to improving it?
- How has your team enabled you to make progress towards your personal learning goals that you submitted last week?
- What do you wish you could change about yourself and about your team to get more out of this class? What do you intend to do about it?
Assessment & Handin Process
Turn in your individual team reflection on Gradescope.
Turn in your updated website on Gradescope. Everything should be in a folder labeled with your team name, including images. We will upload it to the class website. We will update the class website.

Accessible Assessment (rubric)
- Your UARS (the number required depends on the assignment, but a minimum requirement is that they reflect multiple areas of POUR)
- A link to the app or website your were testing if it is publicly available; and the names of the automated tool and ATs you used
- Explain how your UARs cover at least two areas of POUR
