Contextual Inquiry
For Contextual Inquiry, each member of our team went out to perform interviews with our target audience. During the interviews, we very carefully observed our participarts and asked them questions. From the feedback of the interviews, we gained a better understanding of our design. We analyzed and described the existing and new tasks with details for our future design.
