file-menu:between-open-and-save

This will be called during creation of the File menu, after the Open..., New..., and Revert are added to the menu, and before any other items are added. If you override this method, you must define it before calling super-init

• (send a-mred:standard-menus-frame file-menu:between-open-and-save file-menu) -> void
      file-menu : a mred:menu% object

  The default file-menu:between-open-and-save inserts a menu separator into the menu.
