add-child

Adds a child to the end of the list of children and updates the display. This is called automatically by all of the children's constructors.

• (send a-mred:single-panel add-child new-child) -> void
      new-child : an instance of a children class (see mred:panel%)

  Adds a new child to the list of children, but hides it initially.
