init-transparent-io

This method is called to initialize a new embedded edit to receive io. It may be called many times, not just once per call to cleanup-transparent-io.

• (send a-mred:console-edit init-transparent-io grab-focus?) -> void
      grab-focus? : boolean

  Checks to see if transparent-edit is #f or bound to an edit. If transparent-edit is #f, it calls init-transparent-io-do-work to initialize transparent-edit.
