Returns or sets the procedure used to handle files sent to the application at run-time by the Finder (MacOS).

• (wx:application-file-handler) -> procedure of one arguemnt: a string

  Returns the current handler.

      f : procedure of one arguemnt: a string

  Sets the handler.
