wx:concat-files

• (wx:concat-files file1 file2 file3) -> boolean
      file1 : string
      file2 : string
      file3 : string

  Concatenates file1 and file2 to file3, returning #t if successful or #f otherwise. The destination file3 will be truncated; file1 or file2 can be the same as file3. No attempt is made to copy the permissions or file type of file1 or file2.
