`after-move-to`

Called after a given snip is moved within the buffer (and after the display is refreshed; use on-move-to and begin-edit-sequence to avoid extra refreshes when after-move-to modifies the buffer).

    x : inexact real
    y : inexact real
    dragging? : boolean
If dragging? is not #f, then this move was a temporary move for dragging.
