Homework assignments will be
due at the beginning of class one week after they are assigned,
unless otherwise specified. Expect about 7 homework assignments. See
policies
for information on collaboration. Late assignments will not be accepted. There will also be an in-class midterm and an in-class final. The midterm will be on Monday, November 4, 2002. The final is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 16, 2002 from 8:30-10:20 a.m. in the same classroom as the rest of the quarter. Please keep these days free because there will not be any makeups allowed. Your grade will be determined as follows:
