Textbook: Michael Sipser, Introduction to the Theory of Computation, PWS Publishing, 1997. Errata We'll be covering material from chapters 0-4, plus selected topics from Chapter 5. Here is a list of specific goals and topics for the course. Most but not necessarily all of these topics will be covered (as time permits). It's important that you join the class email list.
