Me and Coco

Hello! My name is Tara and I just graduated from UW with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. I will be working on a Masters in Computational Linguistics at UW this fall. I was born in Hannover, Germany and, since my mom is German and my dad is American, I have dual citizenship. I grew up in Florida with my parents and my sister. My parents have always loved traveling and I have definitely inherited that trait. I have traveled to many different parts of the USA and Western Europe (I am a huge fan of mountains). On top of TAing for 154, I also work part time at a horse barn as a stable hand.

Classes I Have Taken in the Past

Kevin

I have a pet hedgehog named Kevin. He's almost 2 years old. Hedgehogs are nocturnal so he sleeps most of the day and is more active at night. He has a wheel that he loves to run around in (which occasionally wakes me up at night). Kevin eats regular hedgehog food and he occasionally gets mealworms, fruit, vegetables, and cooked meat as treats.
