Midterm Material

The midterm cover material from lectures (through Monday, October 22), sections, the readings (assigned on the course calendar; through TW 4.4), homeworks, and projects. I'll assume you've read and thought about Project 3, but not that you have implemented anything for it.

The style of the midterm will be mostly short answer. The midterm is closed book. Details that you could look up quickly if you had the book aren't relevant to grading. The emphasis is on concepts, rather than memorization.
