Prerequisites: CSE 322
Textbook: Michael Sipser, Introduction to the Theory of Computation, PWS Publishing, 1997. There is a list of errors in the textbook available.
Grading: The course grade will be based on homework (40%), a midterm exam (20%), and a final exam (40%). All percentages are approximate. The final exam is scheduled for 8:30 - 10:20 a.m., Wednesday, June 7, 2000.
