Goals
The goals of CSE General TA Training are to improve the overall teaching effectiveness in CSE courses, cover useful teaching techniques and scenarios, and build community amongst our wonderful TAs!
Your first time teaching can be scary! We're here to help you navigate this experience and equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a better teacher and mentor.
Time spent at TA training is paid and counts towards your weekly TA hours.
Intended Audience
This training is open to any current CSE TA, but primarily intended for non-12X TAs who are teaching for the first time. It is strongly recommended for any TA who has not participated previously, even if this is not your first time as a TA.
Meetings
Thursdays at 4:30 pm in CSE2 G01.
