Assignment 9: Design a non-literate UI

This week we are reading about non-literate UIs (see the reading list). This week's assignment is too design your own non-literate interface.

Provide a one page written description on your design, explaining the purpose of the application, the user population, the platform (mobile, PDA, laptop, Kiosk, etc.), and the main considerations in designing the UI. Also provide 1-2 pages of design concepts in the form of mock-ups, prototypes, wireframes or storyboards. Please provide enough detail so we can get a sense of how a user might interact with the UI.

Due: June 4 at 6:30pm, but please submit ealier (June 3) if possible, so we can use some fo these prototypes as part of the class lecture. Submit in PPT or PDF format.
Length: 2-3 pages
Assessment: You will be assessed on the thoughtfulness of your response, clarity of concepts, and completeness.
