Assignment 7: Classroom computing: Design spec for a classroom technology.

This week you will be doing a number of readings on education and classroom computing. Considering this domain, propose a design specification for an educational technology along the lines of MultiPoint for use in the developing world. You may either propose an application of MultiPoint, or a technology that takes a similar approach (shared access computing through low cost input devices.) Be sure to think through the following design questions:

What is the technology?
How will it aid in a classroom or educational environment?
Does the technology impact the role of the educator, if so how?
How will the technology improve the educational environment or opportunities of the context you are designing for?
What are some constraints/challenges that need to be considered for the design of the technology?
How would impact be assessed.

Length: 2-3 pages
