All the design tools that we will be using in the lab can also be run
on your own computer at home. You will have to download ModelSim and
the Arduino IDE if you want to avoid spending time in the Lab outside
of class.
Quartus is Altera's all-in-one design tool that combines logic
synthesis, placement and routing into one program.
