No extra credit. Used scatter circle on the sky, scatter line with low opacity on the buildings. Left pikachu and Aipom untouched. Layered with a sharpening kernel filter then a bilateral mean filter. I wanted to highlight Pikachu as the star of the picture and everything else is secondary
