Hand Kieserman

A scene with a boxer. He is in training, so still a little overweight, but shows muscle when he bends his arms. Most limbs show normal human range of motion, and generally avoids collision with himself. (There are still a few self-intersections, though).
Added primitives include triangle strips, surfaces of rotation (based on discrete curves, not parametrized), and extruded surfaces.
I have implemented the triangle height field suggestion as well.
The Hitchcock effect works unreliably- need more time to look into this problem. It does function in some cases, though, and should hold the plane with the boxer's head steady.
Hopefully my artistic skills are not too offensive.
