Livelock for Chaos

deroute
•So the
strategy is, ignore livelock and gamble
•Problem: For
any packet age, t, it is possible that a Chaos packet can be so unlucky
that it is not delivered in t seconds
•Conclusion:
Chaos Router is not livelock free
