The sample executable wasn't able to make a couple of the panorama's without a lot of blurring so I ended up using a panorama
program I had, Panorama Factory. It had an especially hard time with the reflections on the Balcony, but with a GUI it's a lot
easier to adjust the placement. Another contributing factor may have been that the camera wasn't zoomed out completely and the
calibration coefficients didn't match up.
