PROJECT II. PANORAMIC MOSAIC STITCHING

TEAM MEMBERS: Chii-Chang (Victor) Gau, Reed Thomas Lane

This project turned out well. The first part, warping the image for radial distortion and cylindrical warping went smoothly. The second part woked too but sometimes many iterations of Lucas and Kanande had to be used to prevent ghosting. Most of the time was spent on part three, getting the code robust enough for any set of pics.

One of our team member appears 3 1/2 times in the Panorama. The '1/2' is because the object moved. Therefore, the image looks like a ghost.

The movie poster on the kitchen wall is a special affect. It was created for project 1, and imported with photoshop edits with photoshop and iscissors.
