Actually achieving what I was going for in this picture turned out to be harder than I imagined, and I didn't quite pull it off. I found a decent picture of jordan dunking from way back when:

Finding a good picture of any current superstars in a position to be dunked on was the hard part. I settled for this one because it had both Kobe and Shaq facing the right direction:

Making the mask required an extra step because of the gaps created by Kobe & shaq's arms. I made a first mask:

And then a second one with just the arm gaps:

Using photoshop, I inverted the second mask and combined it with the first, to give:

Then just a little sizing and positioning gave the final product:
