The Curiosity rover is loading on the Martian terrain: first comes the low-polygon model. I created a triangle brush to generate the polygonal surfaces on the rover itself, and then produced a soft bilateral blur to smooth edges of the polygons, as well as fuzz the background to make the polygonal features more apparent.
