Groups of 3-5

High-level, not fully defined specification

You are to:

	Refine the specification
	Develop a quick and dirty prototype
	Design
	Implementation
	Testing
	Around week 8, we'll give you a required change

There will be required documents for each and every stage

	In general, these documents will be done in two phases: a draft phase, where we comment and make suggestions; and a final phase
	After a document is accepted as final, you cannot change it without our permission

The Project

You are to specify, design, implement, test, and release a project management tool suitable for use in UW CSE project courses (obvious examples include 401, 403, 477, 490csw, etc.). The central representation you will use is a Gantt chart.

You should focus on projects that are one quarter long

You should be knowledgeable about UW conflicts (holidays, other courses, etc.)

You must also handle, integrated with the Gantt chart:

	To do lists, with deadlines and assignments to individuals
	Threaded storage and retrieval of email messages and other documentation related to the project
