Simulation techniques - implement a believable simulation in a game engine

In either Unity or Unreal create a flag that is simulated using the existing runtime cloth solution. Make it look as though it is blowing in the wind.

Ensure that your flag is shown in good lighting and uses simple but appropriate materials.

For turn-in we will be using Collect-It on catalyst. You can find it here. You will need to log in with your UWNetID. Each week you will be submitting your files to the appropriate assignment. For this assignment, you will be turning in the following:

  • Your project with simulating flag

Your files are due in by Monday 8/21 at 11:59 PM.

Grading Rubric (out of 30):

  • 20 – Scene contains a runtime simulated flag
  • 5 - Simulation quality
  • 5 - Visual fidelity of simulated wind
