Internal Data Memory

• Internal data memory contains all the processor state

  • Lower 128 bytes: registers, general data
  • Upper 128 bytes:
    • indirectly addressed: 128 bytes, used for the stack (small!)
    • directly addressed: 128 bytes for “special” functions
