Report Project: Written due Dec 5, Oral Reports Dec 5 and 7 (25 pts)
Select an AI system to find out what it is, how it works, and how it
performs. We will form groups for this project.
Select your report topic by Friday, November 16. Send email with your
choice to Prof. Shapiro.
- Write a report on your system. The length should be around
5 pages. Include the following:
- Introduction: What problem is being solved. What's the motivation. Who
did it, any history, etc.
- System Details: Explain what you were able to find out about how
it works.
- Performance: Give any performance statistics or other qualitative
reports you can find.
- Conclusions: What did this system achieve? How good is it? What's left
to do? etc.
- Prepare a PowerPoint presentation of 20 minutes to
describe your system to the class. Use bullets, pictures, whatever
makes it clear in a short amount of time.
