What testcases did you run (all the .cfg files get turned in, so point
me to your files).  What do these tests show, how well did you do?

For project 2, you should submit at least your runs for failure.cfg
and dogbone.cfg (the updated one from the web page with congestion),
showing both phases (since the two phases are different).  Other files
are welcome (even replacing these two if they show the same results),
but tell us what they are showing.
