U 300
- arch in Mei's back too extreme, looks broken - move from hips
- check extension of shoulders (weight painting, back movement?)

U 600
- time motion out - timing at end too fast
- watch the arc of Mei's hand as she goes to pick up the scissors
- work on getting the scissors into her hand slower, and make sure the hand doesn't go through the floor
- hesitation is robotic

U 900
- slow down Mei's over the head motion, specifically from about frame 75 to frame 90 slow the arms down
- smooth out scarf motion, a bit twitchy
- try to line up the scarf removal in frames 27-34 with Mei's hand

U 1000
- see previous notes for moving/posing the hands
- arms should move even less
- do the hands first, then the scarf

U 1500
- head shake is pretty good, just need to smooth out motion (looks a bit robotic now, see Robert)
