- add rotation on the bottle/hand as Mei pulls it out (should not be straight up and down)
- whole body should pull out as she pulls the bottle out

- Oyon should hold the cup, Mei should support her hand
- Oyon should pause/exhale after taking the drink before letting Mei know she's okay (a moment of relief)
- spline
- a few light, quick pats (when timed out)
- make sure there is always movement in the character (even if very subtle)

Happy

I 1400
- wait till face rig

A 1000, D 2000 - no update

M 100
- is this the correct camera?
- clouds: cloud on right should fill in first, ahead of one on left, bottom one is last
- clouds: drifting right as they appear, very slowly at start then speed up
- wind: needs to be more rippled, kind of random now, ripples originate from bottom left corner (needs a more left to right direction)
- wind: start with one gust, wait a beat, another gust (stronger), wait a beat, then starting blowing/forming clouds

U 400
- right now everything is moving at the same time and speed
- needs more time in beginning
- move head and shoulders up (shoulders stiff right now), then transition to second expression
- keep in mind that the light warms Mei but she stays sad

D 2100
- do high quality playblasts (or at least with texture mode), we need to see the eyebrows
- expression: go from "oh no my Mom's scarf" to "OH NO my Mom!"
- give her time to think and then respond

M 200 - no update

- shot assigned for next week
- focus on one still beginning pose that reads well
- both need to be closer, Mei leaning into Oyon, Oyon has a more upright posture
- Mei should start looking attentively at the sewing, then look up at Oyon after finishing her stitch (a sort of "I did it!" moment)
- mind motion from the previous shot (continuity)

I 400
- main motion should be Mei looking up to Oyon and smiling
- general expressions should be joy
- get rid of Oyon's frown, make smile slower
- just show us two poses: one where they are looking at the quilt, one where they are looking at each other
- use clamped or linear

U 1800
- forward/up movment needs to go with the snip
- scissors start partly open, open wider in anticipation (hold this for a beat), then snip down (cut needs to be faster)
- thread should snap out then fall down (right now it look like it's falling through the scissors)

D 1800, U 1600 - no update

- add more time to shot
- Oyon needs to be more gentle, right now it looks like she is shoving Mei's hand into quilt
- Oyon should lean in with both hands, hand holding down quilt w/ left hand not working, just have
it hover there approximately where it ends now
- Overall, make it one gesture, more gentle (Oyon)

D 600
- put Mei down from the side
- wrist motion too extreme, looks like she's pinning CW Mei to a bulletin board
- left hand pose too curled
- put cutout down, then run Mei's hand over the cutout (smoothing it out)
- when smoothing, curl fingers back a bit with emphasis on the pinky (see Happy)
- right hand resting lightly on Oyon, subtle movements

D 900, U 700, C 600-700 - no update

- bird: stepped mode, cycled
- bird path: needs to curve up to mountain, awkward perspective (don't just do straight on or straight above)
- line up bird w/ next shot

- wave pose at end is much better
- walk is too stomp-like, don't have so much arm swing
- whole body should shift in wave, add inbetweens for overlap
- overall: make Oyon look graceful
