We implemented 1 extra whistle in addition to the requirements. The 3 whistles implemented are: 1. the Gaussian filter, 2. capability to control radius and density of the scattered versions of brushes, and 3. the marker on the left canvas tracing the location we are currently drawing. My partner told me something broke (I think the gradient angle control) after implementing the 3rd whistle, but it (along with 2nd) is what I found most useful for having a finer control of brushes while creating the artifact.
