Zero, adjust the RGB channel to the classic old tone. First, use the smudge brush to raise the fire. Second, use the line brush on the river, tree and house. Also, add a few lines on the fire to blow the texture. Then, decorate the road lights with the star and triangle brush. I forgot if I have used bilateral gaussian or not. I love Notre-Dame. We should memorize the moment!
