Background: Scatter point brush to paint the sky Negative filter to invert colors Foreground: Mostly scatter line brush of length 20, width 3 stroke direction to follow mouse direction to emulate the flow of the original design Final result of blurring attained by using mean filter but only dividing by about half the weight and using a negative offset to "brighten" the background clouds and foreground figures back up.
