The little fountain is a cylinder minus another cylinder.
The grass, and wall are texture mapped.
The base of the fountain is a solid texture.
The lamp is reflecting the grass and only reflecting a little green and the red.  
The lamp has its own point light (light bulb) that shines mostly yellow.
