In our scene, we laid out 4 mirrors in total whose edges are connected side to side: 
2 tilted ones at the back of the scene, and 1 each on top and bottom. 
There are also striped planes consisting of multiple stripes with alternating colors (blue and white). 
Then we placed 4 point lights in our scene for illumination: 2 white ones on the top and bottom, and 2 pink ones on either sides.

In addition, antialiasing effect was applied to our artifact.
