Ok, so movie making time.<br>

   First of all we get to use windows movie maker.  Not the best program in the world for making<br> animations.  So if you can find something else to take bitmaps into some movie format<br> feel free this quarter =).  Make sure that Windows Media Player can view the movie<br> though.

   For those of you that can't find some other solution.<br>  
	<ol>
	<li> Open Windows Movie Maker.</li>
           <li> Import your pictures with "Import pictures"</li>
           <li> Make sure that under the tools menu > Options in the Advanced tab that the picture duration is 0.125 secs.</li>
           <li> Drag your images into the storyboard or video.</li>
           <li> Click Save to my computer under "Finish Movie"</li>
           <li> Give the movie a name and click next</li>
           <li> You can mess with this dialog as you see fit then hit next and the movie will be saved</li>
           <li> Next Import the movie you created into Window Movie Maker</li>
           <li> Drag your movie into the video.</li>
           <li> in video effects drag the 8to30FPS effect to the movie.</li>
           <li> do steps 5 - 7  And then you have a movie at 30 fps</li>
