ACT I
|
1 |
Spot swims up to a school of fish who are beckoning him to join them (gesturing with their fins). |
1 |
The fish swim a loop-de-loop through a rock hole and weave as a unit through seaweed. |

2 |
The fish arrive at a mound of pebbles. |
|
2 |
A fish picks up a pebble in its mouth and spits it at another fish who bats it with its tail (neither is Spot). |
|
2 |
Zoom out to see that all of the fish are circled around the pair. |
|
2 |
Cut in to the pair. The thrower spits a pebble but the receiver misses it. |
|
2 |
Cut out to a full view of coral and fish. An open piece of coral is hit by the pebble and then closes quickly. |
|
ACT II |
3 |
The coral opens slowly as all the fish turn to see what the pebble hit. |
3 |
The fish who spit the pebble laughs at this and purposefully spits another pebble at the coral. |

3 |
Cut out to all of the other fish sucking in pebbles and spitting them out at coral. |
|
4 |
Cut to Spot, looking sad between the coral and the other fish, wincing as a rock hits the coral. |
|
4 |
From out of frame another fish nudges Spot with a pebble and Spot shakes his head no. |
|
4 |
Another fish pushes Spot towards the pebbles from behind while Spot is trying to swim backwards. |
|
5 |
From Spot’s point of view pan up from coral to caves beyond coral. |
|
5 |
Cut back to Spot slowly picking up a pebble. |
|
5 |
Full view of Spot and caves, with Spot angled up he spits the pebble into a cave. |
|
ACT III |
6 |
The pebble accidentally hits an electric eel. |
6 |
The electric eel shakes his head, zaps everyone, and continues on his way. |
|
6 |
The stunned fish float derelict for a second and one by one come back to their senses. |
|
7 |
Cut to fish playing regular pebble ball again, (not throwing pebbles at coral). |
|
7 |
One of them accidentally spit a pebble into some strong current, shown by bubbles flowing upward. |
|
7 |
The pebble quickly rises with the current. |
|
8 |
The closest fish excitedly waves over the other fish. |
|
8 |
Zoom out to Spot hanging back and shaking his head while the other fish swim towards the current. |
|
8 |
As the other fish reach the current they get pulled up into it. |
|
8 |
Pan up with main group of fish being swept along with the current. |
|
8 |
At the end of the current is a large table-like coral formation. |
|
8 |
All of the fish hit the formation at high speed with a large pile-up of fish struggling to get out. |
|
|
9 |
Cut to Spot who winks at the camera and iris out. |
